The Post Office serves as an anchor to the long green entrance to Habersham, a Traditional Neighborhood Development. It marks the community entrance and is a gathering location for residents. The design of the Post Office is sensitive to the pedestrian activity it supports, the surrounding natural environment, and the vernacular architecture established by Habersham.

Habersham River Retreat and Dock*

The Pavilion serves as a community gathering location off the broad river in Habersham, South Carolina. It serves as the location for quiet reflection and community sponsered events. The design of the pavilion is sensitive to the pedestrian activities it supports, the surrounding natural environment, and the veracular architecture established by Habersham.

Habersham Pool House*

The Pool House serves as a gathering spot for those wonderful summer days. It functions as a pool equipment room, restrooms, snack area, and observation tower. Detailed using vernacular styles, the pool house defines the public area for the residents of Habersham. From the observation tower, one can experience the breathtaking views of the surrounding South Carolina marshes and waterways.
