Marsh Gardens*
Marsh Gardens is a mixed-use redevelopment on underutilized land in the city of Beaufort, South Carolina. A central boulevard provides the main access to a hotel, conference center, retail space, general office space, apartments, and townhouses. New connections to the surrounding neighborhood give access to and through the project. A linear park with walking trails accent the natural beauty of the marsh and tie together the urban fabric with the landscape.

North Paris Avenue*
North Paris Avenue is an extension of the Town of Port Royal on underutilized land. The design reflects the desire of a pedestrian oriented urban setting with large sidewalks and street tress, first floor retail and on-street parking. The structures are designed for a mix of uses which also will help create the lively urban atmosphere desired.

Shell Point Master Plan*
Shell Point is a co-operative neighborhood plan between the Town of Port Royal and Beaufort County. The plan highlights areas of existing concern and area of possible development. Throuh various meetings with residents, business people, and the local governments, the desire of all involved for the area was obtained. This information, combined with the exciting infrastructure, created an identifiable neighborhood along a four-lane highway. Along with graphical representation, zoning, and other codes were developed to achieve the neighborhoods long and short-term goals.
